Multidimensional realities of drugs issues in Africa

In recent years, the African continent has evolved from a transit region for illicit drugs to a consumer region. The United Nations predicts that the number of drug users is expected to increase by 40 percent by 2030. The DDH addresses the multidimensional realities of the drug issue in Africa and promotes research and knowledge for appropriate solutions.
