Arbitration procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory response to your feedback, you may contact the Arbitration Service according to § 16 BGG. The BGG Arbitration Service helps resolve disputes on accessibility between persons with disabilities and federal public bodies in an out-of-court process. The goal is not to determine winners or losers, but to find a solution to the issue together and amicably.

The arbitration process is free of charge, and you do not need legal representation.

You can find all information about the arbitration procedure on the website of the Arbitration Service. There you can learn how the procedure works and how to file a request. The request can also be submitted in Easy Language or German Sign Language.
